Emotional Awareness
You are invited to try out the following exercise, which is one of the basic EQ exercises, and to develop your emotional intelligence according to the Merhavim Method. You will receive a professional feedback report free of charge.
Instructions:

1. Choose a difficult event from your professional or personal life, which has affected your mood for a few minutes, hours or days.
2. In your mind's eye, recreate details of the chosen event, such as location (indoors or outdoors), time (season, hour of the day) and participants (expressions, clothing, etc.).
3. In your mind, freeze-frame the event's highlight (like a photograph). Choose a title for this scene:

and 10 being the highest).
